  • Check-in after 2pm and Check-out before 10am

  • Bookings require a deposit of ($100 Low season - $200 Mid Season - $300 High Season) and is required within 7 days of making the booking. Failure to provide a deposit within 7 days will result in cancellation of your booking without further notice.

  • Payment of the balance of the tariff is required on arrival.

  • Refund Policy at least 28 days notice is to be given in High to Mid Season or 14 days notice other times to cancel a booking, a refund of the deposit is less an administrative fee of $33.
